C3's ItemBank360™ is a library of nearly 600 questions for use in 360 degree reviews. It was developed by People Performance Solutions in cooperation with C3. Organizations can use the ItemBank360 to:

• Provide a ready assortment of questions to highly targeted groups.
• Offer questions developed by professionals in psychometrics.
• Compare data collected to a large library of normative data collected on thousands of prior 360 degree reviews

Items from the ItemBank360 can be inserted easily into 360 degree review instruments using the Assessment Design Wizard, a standard module in both Complete360 Enterprise Portals and Complete360 for Consultants.

Using the Assessment Design Wizard, administrators
can easily browse ItemBank360 questions and insert
them into instruments.
