How is Complete360 for Consultants different from other 360
degree review offerings?

Unlike competitive offerings, C3's solution is specifically designed for consultants and leadership firms. It includes class and respondent group management features that are not present in competitive solutions. C3's solution is built on an ASP model, meaning C3 runs the review service on its own servers. Does Complete360 for Consultants work in international
regions and languages?

The Complete360 platform is currently used in many European and Asian languages, including languages that use doublebyte characters (Chinese and Japanese). Right-to-left reading languages are not currently supported.

How much administrative overhead is required on the part of the firm?

An organizational development firm will need an administrator to design 360 degree reviews, assign respondents to these reviews, and administer report collection. C3's solution is designed to keep overhead for this administrator as low as possible.

Are predefined competencies and 360 degree review questions available?

Yes. The ItemBank360, provided in cooperation with People Performance Solutions, is offered at additional cost.

How does Complete360 for Consultants handle choosing
raters and notifying them that their feedback is required?

360 degree feedback participants are sent an email that they can forward onward to selected raters, containing a username and password for the Complete360 system. To simplify administration for organizational development firms, all of a partcipants' raters share one username and password.

Can reports be delivered in print as well as online format?
