C3 Complete360 Reassessment Packages are add-on modules to Complete360 products that allow periodic reassessment over time and comparison to previous results. With Complete360 Reassessment Packages, individuals can observe their progress since previous reviews, and organizations can track overall corporate progress.

Does a reassessment have to be a complete repeat of the 360 degree review
process?

No. Several models are available, and others can be easily customized. Among the models available are: a complete repeat review, a review in which only areas that were identified as needing improvement are included, and a review in which only managers are included in subsequent rounds.
